NA/R position available, part time in Acute Care, 48 hours per pay period, 8 hour shifts, rotating evenings and nights and alternating weekends and holidays. Applicants must have current certification.
NA/R position available, day hours with full time benefits, and part-time on all shifts in long term care.
LPN needed to work part-time, evenings in long term care. Applicants must be licensed in the State of Minnesota.
RN position available, part-time nights, in Acute Care. 56-hours per pay period, 8 hour shifts with alternating weekends and holidays. Applicants must have current Minnesota license. Acute care experience helpful.
Maintenance Worker needed to work full-time at Perham Living. Primary duties include maintaining proper appearance of interior and exterior decor of buildings and grounds, work on special projects as assigned, and diagnosis and repair of equipment problems. Will also conduct visual inspection of boiler and generator and maintain inventory on underground fuel tank. Must have a high pressure boiler's license and be able to operate a variety of hand and power tools, as well as light and heavy duty machinery. Must have knowledge of carpentry, painting, etc.
Occupational Therapist position available to work in home care a minimum of 16 hours per week providing evaluation and treatment to home care clients. Pervious home care experience preferred. Must be licensed in the State of Minnesota, willing to travel, and have a valid driver's license and car insurance.
Physical Therapist needed to work per diem in home care providing treatment to home care clients. Previous home care experience preferred. Applicants must be licensed in the State of Minnesota, be willing to travel, and have a valid driver's license and car insurance.
Resident Assistant needed to work per diem in the assisted living home care program providing a variety of services including personal cares and homemaking.
Home Health Aide/Homemaker position available per diem in Home Care providing personal cares and homemaking services. Applicants must be willing to travel and have a valid driver's license and car insurance.
Physical Therapist position available at Perham Health to work a minimum of 16 hours per week, providing evaluation and treatment to outpatient, inpatient, and nursing home residents. Will be responsible to assess and identify impairments and limitations and develop individualized plans of care. Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program and be licensed in the state of Minnesota. Good technical and communication skills a must.
Sonographer needed to work on a casual/roster basis to cover vacation and sick leave. Day hours; no weekends, call or holidays. Applicants must be RDMS certified or eligible.
Administrative Assistant position available on a temporary basis for 3 months to cover a leave of absence. Applicants must possess excellent customer service skills and proficiency in office procedures and office equipment, including computers. The incumbent performs confidential administrative and secretarial duties to the CEO to assist in achieving Perham Health goals and mission.
Assisted Living Clinical Coordinator needed to work full-time in Home Care. The incumbent must have previous nursing and supervisory/management experience. Must possess demonstrated leadership abilities. Accountable for completing initial assessment of prospective clients. Current Minnesota RN license and valid driver's license and car insurance required.
